Karin S. Kaplan, 75, of Woodbridge, died April 23. She was the wife of Dr. Richard B. Kaplan. Born in Brooklyn, N.Y., she was the daughter of the late David and Mollie (Schrier) Sugarman. In addition to her husband, she is survived by her children, Melissa A. Kaplan-Charkow and her husband Joshua Charkow, and Allison Kaplan and her husband Rick Bialecki; and her grandchildren, Eliza and David Charkow. She was also predeceased by her brother Verne Sugarman.
