Sydelle M. Baskind, 88, of Bloomfield, died May 27. Born in Hartford she was the daughter of the late Joseph P. Mott and Esther M. (Ellish) Mott. She is survived by her children, Barry Baskind and his wife Eileen FitzGerald of Old Saybrook, Geri Baskind of Castro Valley, Calif., and Karen Baskind-Trombley and her husband Drew Trombley of West Granby; and her grandchildren, Sequoia Baskind and Sierra Wilcox (Casey Wilcox), Travis and Samuel Teffs, and Nicole and Dylan Trombley. She was also predeceased by her former husband, Stanley Baskind.
