Eliot Barron, MD, 86, of West Hartford, died July 10. He was the husband of Vida (Davis) Barron. Born in Washington, DC, and raised in Roxbury, Mass. and Providence, R.I., he was the son of Abraham and Sadie Barenboim. He served in the U.S. Army Medical Corps in Germany. He was a member of Beth El Temple in West Hartford. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children, Leslie Barron Gilbert, Marcia Garfinkel and her husband Michael, and Eric Barron and his wife Heather Madden; his grandchildren, Jennifer (Bryan) Sadowski, Jeremy (Michelle) Garfinkel, Sam Garfinkel (Sarah Kranz), Isaac Madden-Barron; and his great-grandson, Cameron Sadowski. He was also predeceased by his sister Myrna Lamb.
