Leonard M. “Schnip” Feldstein, 92, of West Hartford, Conn., formerly of Bloomfield and Windsor, Conn., died Sept. 24. He was predeceased by his wife Sheila (Hurowitz) Feldstein. Born and raised in Hartford, he was the son of the late Albert E. and Fannie (Hirshberg) Feldstein. He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. He is survived by his children, William Feldstein and his wife Barbara of Granby, Conn., and Karen Feldstein of Auburndale, Mass.; his granddaughters, Sara Feldstein of Granby,  and Rachel Feldstein of Philadelphia, Penn.; his sister-in-law, Cecile Hurowitz of Boca Raton, Fla.; and four nieces and nephews, He was also predeceased by his sister, Sylvia Siedman; and his brothers-in-law, Howard Horowitz and Lou Siedman.
