Phyllis Reiter (91) of West Hartford, Conn., formerly of Trumbull, Conn., died Sept. 26.  She was predeceased by her husband Abraham Reiter, and her son Michael Reiter. Born in Chicago Ill. and raised in Los Angeles, Calif., she was the daughter of Meyer and Eva (Feinstein) Goffman. She was a member of Congregation B’nai Israel in Bridgeport, Conn., and then Congregation Beth Israel in West Hartford. She is survived by her daughters, Janice Barshay and her husband Stephen, and Marcia Macca and her husband Bob, all of West Hartford; her daughter-in-law Leslie (Vingan) Reiter of Brookfield, Conn.; 10 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
