Arab-Israeli Conflict: 1945 to 1949

The nonprofit Center for Israel Education is continuing its Israel@75 webinar series on Thursday, Dec. 15, at 1 p.m. ET with a session called “Arab-Israeli Conflict: 1945-1949,” which will focus and decisions and actions by Arabs, Zionists, the U.K., the U.S. and the U.N. between the end of World War II and the end of Israel’s War of Independence that have set the course of the conflict ever since. CIE’s founding president, Emory University Professor Emeritus Ken Stein, will moderate the discussion with Hebrew University’s Avraham Sela and Alon Kadish. 

Registration for the webinar is free. It follows the launch of the series Nov. 29 with “U.S.-Israel Relations: 75 Years and On,” whose recording is online now. To register or for more information: israeled.org.
