Alyce E. Shapiro, 87, died May 22. She was predeceased by her husband Robert Shapiro. Born in Ware, Mass. and raised in Manson, Mass., she was the daughter of the late Charles and Kathryn (Lesniak) Hopfe. She is survived by here children, Howard Shapiro and his wife Heather; and step son Liam of Longmeadow, Mass., Alan Shapiro of Longmeadow and Steven Shapiro of Springfield, Mass.; a niece an nephews. She was also predeceased by her brother Robert Hopfe and his wife Jeanne of Palmer, Mass.
