Isabel Dobkin, 97, of West Hartford, died June 17. She was predeceased by her husband Robert (Bob) DobkinBorn in London, England, she was the daughter of the late Maurice and Esther (Butnick) Jacobs. She is survived by her daughters, Penelope Dobkin of Brookline, Mass., and Bonnie Dobkin, and her husband Peter Sonntag of West Hartford; and her grandson, Adam Sonntag.
