Fairfield, Conn.—Bennett Lecture in Judaic Studies presents: “In the Haunted Jewish Present: On (Not Confronting Anti-Semitism,” with Dara Horn, PhD; 7:30 pm at the Regina A. Quick Center for the Arts of Fairfield University. Dara Horn, PhD, is the award-winning author of six books, including the essay collection People Love Dead Jews (2021). One of Granta magazine’s Best Young American Novelists, she is the recipient of two National Jewish Book Awards, the Edward Jewish Wallant Award and more. She was a finalist for the JW Wingate Prize, the Simpson Family Literary Prize an the Carnegie Medal for Excellence in Fiction. A roundtable discussion featuring Evan Bernstein, CEO and the national director CSS and former vie president Northeast Division of the ADL, will follow.
