Gerald Kleinman,  81,a formerly of Orange, CT, died Jan. 22. He was predeceased by his wife Marcia Jones Kleinman, He was the son of the late Leonard and the late Muriel Kleinman. He had also predeceased by his sister, Rita. He graduated from Stamford High School in 1960 and went on to get his bachelor’s degree from the University of Cincinnati. He dedicated his professional life to serving the Jewish people and protecting the State of Israel. When he retired, he moved to Florida, where he was closer to his son and his family, and where the weather would never interfere with his golf game. He is survived by his children, Mark (Lisa) Kleinman, and Leah (Patrick) Connick; his grandchildren, Michael, Matthew, Ryan, Luke and Joshua; several nieces, nephews and closest friends.
