June Rhoda Block Mishkin, 83, of West Hartford, died Nov. 23. She was the wife of Jack Mishkin. Born in Springfield, Mass., she was the daughter of Joseph and Evelyn Block. In addition to her children, she is survived by her children, Donna Gordon and her husband Barry of West Hartford, and Joel Mishkin and his wife Beverly of Sarasota, Fla.; and her grandchildren, Eliana and Micah Gordon, and Evan and Alec Mishkin.
