Congressman Jim Himes visited the Jewish Home for the Elderly in Fairfield on Jan. 17 to join residents, staff and volunteers in marking Martin Luther King Day.  While he was there, Himes took time to answer questions from his constituents on all sorts of issues, including Medicare and the economy.
