Lillian “Lil” D. Levine, 92, of Newington, died Oct. 21. She was the widow of the late Bernard “Barney” Levine. Born in Putnam, she was the daughter of Morris and Esther Engel Daitch. She was a member of Congregation B’nai Shalom of Newington. She is survived by her children, Susan Daniels and her husband Robert of West Palm Beach, Fla., and Howard Levine and his wife of Julie of Southington; her grandchildren, David Levine, Rebekah Levine, Chavah Levine-Goldman and her husband Aaron, Tamara Levine and her husband Jesus Nieves, and Daniel Levine and his fiancé Sarah Spielman; her great-grandson Ezra Lev; and numerous nieces and nephews, and their families.
