Bryna Swerdloff Cipes, 91, of Somers, N.Y. died Jan. 28. She was the widow of Dr. Paul L. Cipes. Born in Buffalo, N.Y., she was the daughter of Jesse and Lena (Simon) Swerdloff. She is survived by her sons Joel (Susan Devlin) Cipes, and Jonathan (Kathye) Cipes; her grandchildren, Benjamin (Julie) Cipes; Dr. Elizabeth Cipes (Michael) Chisholm, and Emily Cipes.
