Yeshiva U summer program in Stamford

This summer, from July 26 – August 13, Stamford will be home to the Stamford Community Kollel, sponsored by Yeshiva University’s (YU) Center for the Jewish Future (CJF) and Rabbi Isaac Elchanan Theological Seminary (RIETS).
The Stamford Community Kollel will be held at Young Israel of Stamford, 69 Oaklawn Avenue, in Stamford. Rabbi Michael Taubes, principal of the Yeshiva University High School for Boys/Marsha Stern Talmudical Academy, will head the program and instruct students during morning and afternoon classes. These students will also receive rabbinic training from Rabbi Elly Krimsky and other community rabbis and experts. Students will also lead numerous community wide social, cultural and educational activities, giving them the opportunity to interact with the local community.
