Bernice Epstein Birnbaum, 93, of Boca Raton, Fla., formerly of Naples and Newington, died March 20. She was the wife of the late Wilfred Birnbaum. She is survived by her children, Judith (Robert) Cohn of West Hartford and Lake Worth, Fla., and Jay (Wendy) Birnbaum of Montville, N.J.; her grandchildren Robin (Douglas) Ebenstein, Susan (Alain) Darmon, Pamela (Mark) Betlow, Ian (Danielle) Mandell, Joshua (Sabain) Mandell, Rachel Birnbaum (Brian Swarth), Adina Birnbaum and Seth (Vani) Birnbaum; and her great-grandchildren, Lisa and Lori Ebenstein, Jake and Jordyn Betlow, Jackson and Teddy Mandell and Shane Mandell. She was predeceased by her daughter Sharon (Jack) Mandell.
