Joel Levy, 88, of Manchester and most recently of Newtown, died July 8. He was the husband of Priscilla (Goodman) Levy. Born in Brooklyn, N.Y., he was the son of Mollie and Ben Levy. He was a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II and Korea, serving as a hospital corpsman. He was a member of Temple Beth Sholom. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children, Robert Levy and his wife Cheryl of Kent, Wash., and Marla Kay and her husband Barry of Ridgefield; and his grandchildren, Jennifer Levy of Bellevue, Wash., Eric Levy of Van Nuys, Calif., Sara Kay of New York City, and Adam Kay of Ridgefield.  HEBREW FUNERAL ASSOCIATION
