Israeli team scores high at robot contest

The Israeli Robotics team from Misgav, Israel traveled to the Hartford area to compete at the Trinity College International Robot Contest on March 29. The young Israelis won first place as a team on the Olympiad exam and second place for individual student performance on the exam. Hosted by local families, the Israeli students demonstrated their technological prowess at a March 26th dinner in their honor, hosted by Beth El Temple in West Hartford. The students celebrated Shabbat with their hosts and had a chance to see snow – which several of them had never seen before!
