Judy (Pennachio) Block, 65, of Vernon, died Nov. 13. She was the wife of Harold Block. Raised in Enfield, she was the daughter of Charles and Marie (Dellaquila) Pennachio. In addition to her husband, she is survived by her children, Marah Block of Manchester, and David Block and his fiancée Amanda Salisburg of Framingham, Mass.; and her sister Joann Smith of Windsor.
