Leon Bressman, 89, of Boynton Beach, Fla., formerly of Hartford, has died. He was the widower of Phyllis Sydel Rosen. Born in New York City, he was the son of the late Pauline and Isadore Bressman. He is survived by his daughter Dawn Shelley Lybarger.
