Artist Susan Hoffman Fishman discussed the symbols and history of water in art and art as commentary on contemporary issues at The Emanuel Synagogue in West Hartford on Wednesday, Nov. 15. The congregation’s spiritual leader, Rabbi David Small, was also on hand to offer additional commentary to the crowd of about 40 people.
