Arline (Fine) Seltzer, 84, of Newington, died April 8. She was the wife of Harvey E. Seltzer. Born in Greenwich, she was the daughter of the late Reuben and Gertrude (Jacobs) Fine. She was a founding member of Temple Sinai in Newington. In addition to her husband, she is survived by her daughters, Caron Gelles and her husband Steven of Scarsdale, N.Y., and Gail Brownstein of West Hartford; her brother Manuel Fine and his wife Leah of Westport; her grandchildren, Joshua Gelles and his wife Rona, Rachel Raskas and her husband Jonah, and Dana Gelles; and her great-grandchildren, Sheri Raskas and Aria Gelles; and many nieces and nephews and their families.
