Ruth Klemens, 84, of West Hartford, formerly of Manchester and Storrs, died Oct. 29. She was the wife of Paul Klemens. Born in Berlin, Germany she was the daughter of Alfred Wiener and Margaret Saulmann. She was a Holocaust survivor. In addition to her husband, she is survived by her children, Michael Klemens and Susan (Daniel Root) Klemens; her daughter-in-law Nicole Klemens; her grandchildren, Daniel and Robert Klemens, and Melinda Root; her sister Mirjam Finkelstein; and her brother-in-law Ted Plaut of Madison.  She was predeceased by her sister Eva Palut.
