Carol G. Heimer, 70, of West Hartford, died July 4. She was the wife of Winston Heimer. Born in Minneapolis, Minn., she was the daughter of Frank and Lena Gallob. Besides her husband, she is survived by her children, Karl J. Meiner and his wife Stephyn of Portland, Ore.; her daughter, Eileen of Seattle, Wash.; her granddaughter Rowen Q. Frances Meiner; her brother, Gerald Gallob and his wife Terry of Chatsworth, Calif.; her sister, Shelley Szpak of Reseda, Calif.; and sister-in-law Rosa Liberty of Minneapolis, Minn.
