Food to go

Seventh-graders at Beth El Temple in West Hartford sorted through donations collected through the synagogue’s High Holiday food drive to benefit the Jewish Family Services’ (JFS) Anja Rosenberg Kosher Food Pantry. “We appreciate their gesture and, moreover, that it was an enthusiastic effort,” said Anne Danaher, JFS executive director. “It’s a wonderful thing to be working together to support people in our community who are in need.”
