Penny Noelle Levine, 53, of Vernon, died Dec. 29. She was the daughter of Harold and the late Annette (Rooda) Levine. She is survived by her sons, Joshua Wagner and Aaron Johnston; her grandsons, Joshua and Caleb Wagner; and her siblings Sharon, Marilyn, Laurie and Phil.
