JFS Holiday Grief Workshop in Southbury

Southbury – The Brownstein Jewish Family Service in Southbury is sponsoring a six-week Holiday Grief Workshop to help those who have experienced a loss develop tools to help them cope with the oncoming holiday season. Facilitated by Jenny Casey, MSW, family members will learn to cope with their feelings and understand how the holiday experience, though painful, can still be celebrated successfully.  The workshop will be held on six Thursdays, 3:30 – 4:45 p.m., beginning Nov. 10 and ending Dec. 29.  The workshop will be held at the Jewish Federation, 444 Main St. North.
