Kenneth Reid Howell, 62, of South Windsor, died April 3. He was the husband of Linda Halpert Howell. He was the son of the late C. Cortland and Nancy Howell. He was a member of Beth Hillel Synagogue. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children, Amie O’Brien and her husband Eric, Jeffrey Howell and Joseph Howell; his granddaughter and grandson; his sister Virginia Rittner and her husband David; and a niece. He was also predeceased by his in-laws, Isaac and Mildred Halpert.
