William (Bill) Zalman Katz, 83, of West Hartford died Jan. 27. He was the husband of Norma Klein Katz. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his daughters, Sheryl Katz Elias and her husband Ernest, and Susan Katz Kessler and her husband David; his brother Joseph J. Katz and his wife Seena; and six grandchildren.
