Harvey L. Borak, 77, died July 30 in Hartford. He was the husband of Joan Sweeney Borak and the widower of Marlyn Borak. Born in New York City, he was the son of the late Benjamin and Selma Borak. He served in the U.S. Army. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children, Gary (Ellen) Borak, and Cheryl (Matthew) Berenberg; and his brother, Lloyd (Evelyn) Borak and wife Evelyn
