Hyman Fink, 100, Old Saybrook, formerly of West Hartford, died Nov. 14. He was the husband of Rita (Jackoway) Fink. Born in Brooklyn, N.Y., he was the son of the late Nathan and Dora (Frankel) Fink. In addition to his wife Rita, he is survived by his children, Ira (Anne) Fink of Manchester, and Karen (Gerald) Horowitz of Marana, Ariz.; his son-in-law Jacob Saxe of Fort Myers, Fla.; his grandchildren, Marcus Fink, Edythe (Scott) Israel, Matthew (Stacey) Fink, Glenn (Patti) Horowitz and Gregg Horowitz, Jeffrey Saxe, Daniel Saxe and Steven Saxe,; and his great-grandchildren, Annaliese and Eliana Horowitz; as well as several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his wife, Edythe (Love) Fink, his daughter Anita Saxe, and his three siblings, Bertha Stern, Samuel Fink and Miriam Ellenbogen.
