Phyllys (Kelmenson) Luntz, 88, of West Hartford, died March 29. She was the widow of Dr. Lester L. Luntz. Born in Hartford, she was the daughter of the late Morris and Sophie Kelmenson. She is survived by her children, Dr. Frank Luntz of Las Vegas, NV, and Mona Luntz of West Hartford; and her sister, Dorothy Kelmenson of West Hartford.
